The second edition of the TBrainBoost Summer School (TBB 2.0), held from 14–18 July 2025 in Koper and Piran, Slovenia, brought together students, researchers, and professionals from across Europe and beyond to explore cutting-edge topics in the neuroscience of movement and neurorehabilitation.
Organized under the Horizon Europe-funded TBrainBoost project, the event featured five intensive modules covering translational neuroscience, clinical applications, digital tools, AI, and entrepreneurial perspectives. Highlights included keynote lectures by renowned experts such as Dr. Joe Verghese (USA) and Dr. Zvezdan Pirtošek (Slovenia), alongside interactive workshops and student project showcases.
Participants engaged with leading technologies like AI-driven movement analysis, neurotech tools, and mindfulness-based neurofeedback, while also learning about commercialization pathways and innovation ecosystems from Europe to Singapore.
The week concluded with a vibrant farewell celebration and a sunset networking event on the Adriatic Sea—marking the success of a unique initiative fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge transfer in brain and movement sciences.
